What You’ll Be Doing

Support the shop manager in leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring income targets are met in line with organisational objectives. Motivate and support a diverse team including volunteers to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of presentation and efficient stock rotation.
