Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Ensure maximum equipment uptime (MTBF improvement) across TCF/Assembly lines through effective preventive and predictive maintenance practices Execute and monitor planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules for critical assets such as conveyors, tightening systems, robots, and utilities Lead breakdown maintenance activities, ensuring minimum downtime and quick restoration of production operations Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring equipment failures Coordinate with production teams to ensure zero disruption to takt time and line balancing Manage and maintain spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of critical spares while optimizing cost Implement and sustain TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) pillars, including Autonomous Maintenance and Focused Improvement Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory norms, and EHS requirements...
