Assistant Manager

Hours per week: 40

Shift pattern: Must be fully flexible to work a range of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and later finishes until 2am on a rotational shift basis.

If working between the hours of 11pm and 6am, you will receive an additional £1.50 per hour between those times.

Our Assistant Managers are an essential part of our team. Supporting the manager in the day to day running of a venue you will also be acting venue manager in their absence (such as annual leave), and therefore may also be closely communicating with our area management team to ensure the venue is held to our high and professional standards. As always, we would need you to have excellent customer service skills, with a minimum of 3 years customer service experience and a year in a supervisory or management role also preferred!
