This role supports the GM by bringing structure, consistency, and high standards to the operation and will play a key part in our future expansion.
What Youll Do
Maintain daily opening/closing checklists
Keep BOH organised, clean, and compliant
Ensure standards (lights, menus, toilets, vibe) are met every shift
Manage BrightHR, Health & Safety checks, and compliance logs
Hold the team accountable to expectations and routines
Support supervisors with structure and follow-through
Improve systems and processes to ensure consistency
