Job Description

The Role
This position will be responsible for formulating and executing asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimise income and realise the highest value of our assets.

Job Responsibilities
Asset management of logistics properties in Japan under Singapore REIT portfolio (24 assets,
AUM of JPY210bil)

Budget preparation and Budget/Actual/Forecast variance verification.

Prepare monthly/quarterly asset management reports and provide required information to the
headquarters/investors.

Manage and oversee property revenue, occupancy levels, operating expenses, and capital
expenditures.

Work with PM for planning and execution of repair/renovation and building maintenance for
properties.

Prepare presentation/papers in English to obtain approvals from the headquarters for any
