We are looking for a versatile Assistant Manager - Admin & HR to manage our office operations and human capital. The ideal candidate will be the bridge between management and our technical staff, ensuring that our recruitment, payroll, and facility management run as efficiently as our engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Management:
- Technical Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for Sales Engineers, Solar Technicians, and Generator Mechanics.
- Performance Monitoring: Facilitate the quarterly KPI review process, specifically tracking Service Department metrics (Project efficiency and Customer satisfaction).
- Payroll & Benefits: Process monthly payroll and health benefits
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and workplace culture initiatives.
