Assistant Maintenance Manager

**Description:**

Hyatt Centric Murano Venice is looking for a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Assistant Manager to support the Engineering function and ensure the efficient operation of all hotel facilities. The ideal candidate has at least **3 years of previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment** , strong technical skills, and a collaborative mindset.

**Main Duties**

+ Supervise maintenance and engineering activities in line with company standards
+ Plan and monitor the preventive maintenance program
+ Coordinate repair works across guest rooms, public and back-of-house areas
+ Monitor plant systems, equipment, and fire & life safety systems
+ Review technical reports and take corrective action in coordination with the Director of Engineering
+ Manage inventory, technical materials, and consumption levels
