Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Manager in overseeing operations across buildings, accommodation, public areas and equipment.
• Manage projects, contractors and budgets efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with OHS standards, fire regulations and safety protocols.
• Control stock, tools and procurement processes.
• Oversee fleet management, servicing and reporting.
