Assistant Machining Manager

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily workshop and machining operations. Supervise CNC machinists, machine operators, and production staff. Plan and coordinate machining schedules to meet production deadlines. Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and production output. Ensure machining works are carried out according to engineering drawings and specifications. Support troubleshooting of machining and production issues. Coordinate machine maintenance and ensure machines are in good working condition. Ensure compliance with quality standards and inspection requirements. Monitor tooling usage and coordinate tooling replacement when necessary. Enforce workplace safety regulations and housekeeping standards. Train and guide machinists and operators on machining practices and safety procedures.
