Assistant Legal Manager

This role provides comprehensive legal advisory and support across XOX Group and its subsidiaries, ensuring effective management of legal risks, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. The role supports business operations by delivering practical and commercially sound legal solutions, while safeguarding the Group’s legal and regulatory interests and enabling informed decision‑making at management level across multiple entities.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory support to Group companies on operational matters, including but not limited to industrial relations, contract negotiations, product disclosures, and other business‑related legal issues.
