Assistant Learning & Development Manager - Tersane Istanbul

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of learning and development initiatives across Tersane Istanbul, Rixos Tersane Istanbul, and Aliée Istanbul.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless and engaging employee experience.
• Assist in identifying training needs through collaboration with department leaders and HR Business Partners.
• Organize and monitor internal and external training programs, workshops, and development activities.
