Job Description :

Report to Factory Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage LEAN/ISO activities including:
• Set up Lean activities in the plant to develop and create conditions for execution of TPM project plan such as: time, budget, FTE’s, attention, communication to make sure the achievement of the Company/Section KPI targets
• Coordinate with pillar/team-members to collect and analyze data in order to provide all kinds of deployments such as cost, productivity, OEE..., to make decisions on which to be focused in operation
• Supervise the LEAN/ISO activity done properly and on time, Support production/maintenance/departments to achieve target of LEAN
• Work closely with Global Lean team to update strategy, guideline for Lean implementation
• Reporting to Management team / Global about Lean implementation progress in the plant according to plan
