About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team at Cheddar Woods Resort, one of Darwin Escapes' stunning holiday destinations.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences. Supporting the Head Chef, you will act as the deputy lead within the kitchen, taking responsibility for shift leadership, maintaining operational standards, managing stock and ordering processes, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for an experienced chef who enjoys developing others, leading from the front, and taking ownership of kitchen operations. You will also provide cover for the Head Chef when required, helping to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high standards across all services.
