For someone who:
Has a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Possesses strong knowledge of payroll administration, HR operations, and local labour and employment legislation.Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Has the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.Is a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Exhibits strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop teams.Maintains the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Local package will be offered to successful candidate.
