Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Manpower Support
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, shortlisting, Lead and plan end-to-end recruitment activities in collaboration with hiring managers, including job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and provide recruitment guidance.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies where required and monitor recruitment timelines.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Learning & Development
- Plan and conduct learning and development initiatives to support organisational and staff development needs.
- Coordinate training programmes, workshops, and development activities.
- Maintain training records and track participation and effectiveness.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
