Assistant HR Manager (Singapore HR Operations)
We are looking for an experienced HR with strong hands-on exposure to Singapore Payroll and Work Pass Management to lead and manage HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end Singapore payroll processing
Manage Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, and Work Permit applications
Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations
Handle CPF contributions, IRAS submissions, and statutory reporting
Manage employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
Support HR policies, employee relations, and HR compliance
Liaise with government authorities and external vendors
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely payroll processing
Mandatory Requirements
Hands-on experience managing Singapore payroll
Experience handling EP / S Pass / Work Permit applications
Strong knowledge of CPF, IRAS, and MOM compliance
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR operational experience
