We are seeking an exceptional and dedicated SENCo to join our leadership team at Royton & Crompton E-ACT Academy. This role leads and manages SEND provision across the academy, ensuring high‑quality support for all pupils with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SEND provision across the academy, ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice.
• Develop and implement effective SEND strategies to support student progress and inclusion.
• Coordinate assessment, identification, and provision for pupils with additional needs.
• Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies.
• Oversee EHCP processes, reviews, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor and track the progress of SEND pupils, implementing targeted interventions.

Pay range: Salary L11–L16 - £66,368.00 – £75,049.00
