You will work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. Alongside the Head Teacher, you will set the vision for the future of the school and ensure we have the right people and plans in place so our young people leave feeling proud of their achievements.

Responsibilities

• Support the head teacher in setting and implementing the school's vision and strategy.
• Develop and maintain effective teaching and learning standards.
• Lead and manage a diverse staff team, providing coaching and guidance.
• Promote positive behaviours for learning.
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare of all pupils.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous teaching experience.
• Qualified Teacher Status.
