About the role

As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in our kitchen. You'll partner with the Head Chef to oversee the running of the kitchen, making sure the team delivers exceptional food while maintaining high operational standards. We are looking for a professional who values precision and has the leadership presence to run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence. If you have a huge passion for food and the drive to coach a growing team then we want to hear from you!
