Assistant Guesthouse Manager

REQUIREMENT:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Must be available immediately
- Previous experience in a guesthouse, lodge, hotel, or hospitality management role essential
- Strong guest relations and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good administration and organisational skills
- Computer literacy essential
- Experience with reservations and booking systems advantageous
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional presentation and guest-focused approach
- Valid Driver's License advantageous
- Ability to work well under pressure in a hospitality environment
