Job Description

Overview
The Assistant Golf Professional position is responsible for assisting the Head Golf Professional in coordinating all golf activities at their respective club, and for the enthusiastic engagement of members and guests.

Experience Required
Must be a member of or apprentice with the Professional Golfer’s Association of America with experience at a private club with a high volume of play.

Must have 1-2 years experience in tournament operations, golf instructional programs, playing, and merchandising.

Knowledge of golf products and merchandise.

Knowledge of the USGA Rules of Golf.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to a wide variety of people.
