Duties/Responsibilities

• Coach individual participants in the sport skills necessary for achievement.
• Select the squad for the team.
• Plan and schedule a regular program of practice.
• Attend league, district and school staff meetings, sports awards programs and banquets.
• Oversee the safety conditions of practice, game and locker room areas.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Explain and enforce eligibility rules, training rules, and regulations.
• Assume responsibility for uniforms and equipment.

Job Time

As required by Athletic Director

Requirements

• Valid CT Coaching permit.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Concussion Mod 15.
• CT Lifeguard certification.
