Assistant General Trade Manager

Job description:
Responsible for developing and implementing channel strategies and programs to drive brand growth in General Trade (GT) channels to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Develop and lead the implementation of GT channel business development plan with very clear objectives and tactical action plans from forecasting to execution.
Identify, prioritize, and build strong long term mutually beneficial relationships with key channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and retailers providing support, training, and resources as needed.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure that customer requirements are met.
Conduct regular field visits with the sales team to coach on journey planning, claim settlement, and merchandising fundamentals.
Manage regional sales budgets and expenses, monitoring performance against financial plans.
