Assistant General Manager - Wealth Management

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years’ relevant experience

Experience: 5–10 years in Individual Accounts/Finance segment

Reporting To: CFO

CTC Range: ₹25–35 LPA

Joining Timeline: 1–2 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Regular maintenance of Individual Accounts including taxation, investment, and tax planning for promoters/directors.
• Investment planning with focus on tax efficiencies.
• Due diligence and monthly monitoring of JV companies.
• Strong knowledge of income computation, GST, company compliance, and company formation.
• Coordination with investment bankers, PE/VC funds, and handling valuation discussions.
• Finalization of books, CARO, TP audit, cost audits.
• Preparation of financials, monthly trackers, and MIS reports.
• Handling of private trusts, mutual funds, and individual investments.
