Assistant General Manager

We are looking for a Restaurant Leader & Assistant General Manager who is committed to quality service, team building and wants to be part of a growing company!

Responsibilities

• Ensure that Every Guest Leaves Happy
• Build and develop a culture of hospitality by motivating team members to provide superior customer service.
• Monitor restaurant atmosphere throughout the day, including music levels, lighting levels, temperature, and tv channels
• Communicate the need for repairs or maintenance to the leadership team
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed
• Remain active on the floor, being of service to the team while table-touching the guests in the restaurant
• Identify high-potential team members and assisting in developing them for leadership roles (Shift lead, Manager-in-Training)
• Facilitate regular coaching sessions and One-On-Ones with FOH team members
