Assistant General Manager

This is a senior role responsible for overseeing and directing one of the recruitment delivery functions within the organization. This position involves leading a team of recruitment specialists to ensure the effective and efficient execution of recruitment strategies, processes, and initiatives. –Someone who collaborates closely with senior management/client stakeholders, business leaders, or HR partners to drive recruitment excellence, revenue targets and quality service.
