• Handling Listed / Unlisted company
• Unlisted Company – Dematerialization, Master Correction, Signature verification.
• Listed Company – Compliance Report, Weekly Reports, Quarterly Compliances
• Corporate action, Coordination, Postal ballet, Annual general meeting, Extra Ordinary generation meeting.
• Cross sell I Vote Service, VC (Video conference) Services.
• Dividends coordination for the dividend processing
• Handle walking shareholders grievances regarding physical shareholders.
• Handling team of client service executives.
• Guide the team whenever they need support to resolve the issues.
• Ensure the team provides timely service to the cli...
