Assistant General Manager

Neowork is looking an Assistant GM for a client who is a social wellness venue in Medellín built around sauna, cold plunge, and intentional rest. We're creating a third space — not work, not home — where people come to slow down, feel better, and connect. We take the quality of that experience seriously, down to every inch of it. We're looking for an Assistant General Manager who is organized, genuinely warm, and cares deeply about hospitality to help us build and run this place from the ground up.

The role

You’ll work directly alongside the General Manager across every stage of the business — from the final stretch of pre-launch build‑out through opening day and ongoing operations. This role is hands‑on and varied. One week you might be coordinating with contractors and sourcing supplies; the next you're leading the floor, managing the team, and making sure every guest leaves feeling taken care of.
