Role: AGM/DGM - Production Location: Faridabad Department: Production / Operations Reports To: AVP - Manufacturing Experience: 12–15 years in Production / Manufacturing (Industry preferred : Automotive / White goods / Small appliances preferred) Education: B.Tech / Diploma – Mechanical, CIPET, TRTC Role Summary Responsible for managing all production activities at the manufacturing plant — Responsible for ensuring Production planning, ensuring output targets, product quality, cost control, and shopfloor safety are met on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities Plan and monitor daily production to meet volume and delivery targets. Experience in managing complex production environments with multiple SKU’s. Experience in Injection moulding, Painting process (Preferebly Liquid paint shops), Assembly operations. Lead and supervise Department HOD’s, Shift supervisors, line leaders, and shopfloor workers.
