Assistant general manager

Role: AGM/DGM - Production
Location: Faridabad
Department: Production / Operations
Reports To: AVP - Manufacturing
Experience: 12–15 years in Production / Manufacturing (Industry preferred : Automotive / White goods / Small appliances preferred)
Education: B. Tech / Diploma – Mechanical, CIPET, TRTC
Role Summary
Responsible for managing all production activities at the manufacturing plant — Responsible for ensuring Production planning, ensuring output targets, product quality, cost control, and shopfloor safety are met on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily production to meet volume and delivery targets.
- Experience in managing complex production environments with multiple SKU’s.
- Experience in Injection moulding, Painting process (Preferebly Liquid paint shops), Assembly operations.
- Lead and supervise Department HOD’s, Shift supervisors, line leaders, and shopfloor workers.
