Your role
and responsibilities:Under the mentorship and supervision of senior legal team members, lead a team of attorneys based in Mumbai to handle Nasdaq’s enterprise commercial client and procurement agreements. A typical day will include:
Being responsible for the drafting, review, analysis and negotiations of a variety of commercial and licensing agreements, including, but not limited to, SaaS client and vendor agreements, licensing agreements, NDAs, and sponsorship and events.
Lead your own case load of more sophisticated drafting, review, analysis and negotiations with autonomy.
Work closely with sales, operations and product teams to ensure Company objectives are met.
Provide legal mentorship and support to our internal businesses and operations around the world including licensing, technology and commercial legal advice.
