Assistant Food Store Manager

What you will do

• Reporting to the Food Store Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Food Store.
• Responsible for the supervision of ensuring merchandise and the store is stocked, displayed, organized, and reconciled to standard.
• Develop and deliver user‑friendly specialized training.
• Collaborate with the department managers.
• Demonstrate Leadership throughout the Centre through supervision, training staff, and coaching.
• Business to Business (B2B) sales, call-outs, etc.
• Maintain customer relations by providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with budgets, pricing, discounts and margins.
• Staying knowledgeable of a wide variety of product information.
