You are able to improve efficiency, guest satisfaction, and ensure that our team delivers memorable dining experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist in managing the day-to-day food and beverage operations across all Fogo Island Inn outlets and other Shorefast entities as directed, ensuring timely and efficient service.

• Including, but not limited to, the Dining Room, Roof Top, Crab Shed and Storehouse.

• Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff, ensuring all employees adhere to company policies and provide excellent guest serv...
