Account & Financial Control

• To oversee the Accounts Receivable Clerk and any related duties of the position.
• Debtors Book Age Analysis within set parameters.
• Manage the current Credit Policy according to set parameters.
• To oversee the Accounts Payable Clerk and any related duties of the position.
• Creditors Age Analysis within set parameters.
• Manage the disbursement cycle.
• Oversee cashbook reconciliations.
• To oversee the Income Auditor and any related duties of the position.
• Reconcile cash and credit card banking.
• Reconcile Forex banking.
• Reconcile and resolve outstanding PM accounts.
• Process, pay and reconcile commission claims.
• Oversee the procurement cycle according to set parameters.
• Oversee store and internal inventory control cycle post delivery.
