Company Overview  
 Position overview:  
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, our future Assistant Financial Controller will have as a main mission to support the plant’s financial operations by ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and reliable budgeting and forecasting, while overseeing key financial processes. 
Main Missions:  
Work as an integral part of the Plant Finance and Management team providing support and control to the Redditch plant. 
Assist the Financial Controller in all aspects of corporate and internal reporting to ensure adherence to timetables, financial integrity and completeness. 
Assist in budget and short-term forecast preparation, profit and loss, cashflow and balance sheet. 
Management of 3 direct reports.
