Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
- Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
- Responsible for overseeing tax matters with IRB and other government agencies (with the help of legal and tax consultants).
- Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor, and enforce compliance with financial reporting standards and Bursa listing requirements.
- Responsible for overseeing the year-end financial audit.
