Assistant Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the commercial and corporate finance activities of the Group's infrastructure projects, including preparation of financial proposals, support in contract negotiations, corporate structuring documentation, and monitoring of project cash flows.

• Prepare and support timely month-end financial closing activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for management review.

• Assist in the preparation and submission of quarterly financial reports in compliance with corporate governance and statutory requirements.

• Prepare quarterly Board of Directors (BOD) / Audit Committee (AC) papers and support the preparation of annual audited financial statements.

• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and relevant authorities on routine finance-related matters, under the guidance of senior management.
