Assistant Executive / Executive, Sales Support (Global Key Account - Shipping)

Job Description Purpose: To provide excellent Sales Support to internal and external customers as well as overseas offices.

Job Description
•Assist with tender management and agreements for assigned Global Key account.
•Ensure that service performance levels are consistent and strive for enhancement during customer interactions.
•Able to leverage on the ONE internal system for continuous improvement of service level.
•Be proactive in coordinating cross-border communications with overseas account managers for actions in resolving issues.
•Ensure all the filing rates and contractual terms within internal system are updated accurately for non-Tender.
•Ensure accurate and timely changes in existing contracts and expiring rates.
•Create filing instructions to Offshore team and able to translate customer enquiries into booking data using the internal system.
