Assistant Engineering Manager

Base Location

For this role, we require successful applicants to be based from one of our Scottish locations and you'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in the office – Perth, Aberdeen or Inverness.

Salary

£58,100 - £87,100 + car allowance + performance‑related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

The role

SSEN Transmission has a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Engineering Manager to lead a team of multi‑disciplined engineers through the delivery of high profile, high value and technically complex projects on the Electricity Transmission network in Scotland. The role is responsible for taking projects from initial development and design, through to delivery, commissioning and hand over to operations.
