+ Drive improved product Quality by identifying manufacturing issues and developing better test system cost-effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation into production
+ Candidate able to troubleshoot Inverter and Power Station testing technical bug by himself by applying his technical expertise and product Knowledge
+ Manufacturing testing for better productivity and quality on day today basis.
+ Drive manufacturing testing excellence for zero escaping defect.
+ Prepare routine test reports given Engineering report template.
+ Communicating the test design requirements to Engineering for test improvements
+ Ensure proper dismantling of Inverter by understanding LOTO process as per EHS requirements
+ Ensure Instruments & Measuring devices are Calibrated
+ Updating the metrics of testing to Management
