*Assistant District Attorney – Superior Court* ** The Norfolk District Attorney’s Office is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Superior Court Assistant District Attorney (ADA). This position is under the general supervision of the First Assistant District Attorney - Prosecution. The Superior Court ADA represents the Commonwealth in accordance with the District Attorney’s statutory authority in the various courts in Norfolk County, the Supreme Judicial Court, the Appeals Court and courts in other counties. Employees of the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office serve at the pleasure of the District Attorney. *Duties and Responsibilities*: Represent the Commonwealth at all stages of criminal prosecutions.
