Job Description

Overview
Provides support for the Residential Services Program to ensure effective and efficient operation as well as compliance with policies and regulations. Must be able to travel from site to sitewhen assigned and participate in elements of the position that include review of compliance issues. Must be available for weekend and overnight visits as assigned by the Residential Director.
 Responsibilities 
Primary duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Conducts compliance reviews and works to resolve systemic findings including oversight of plans of corrective action development and submission
Evaluates payroll to ensure appropriate utilization of overtime and staffing, as assigned by the Residential Director. Completes reports as required.
Identifies areas of need with regard to proper billing documentation in the Medisked system and trains all applicable staff to ensure compliance.
