About the Role

The Assistant Director of Student Development primary focus is strengthening the Senior School’s House based pastoral system, behaviour follow-up, student support coordination and relational culture. The role works vertically through the House structure to ensure that students are known, followed up and supported through clear, consistent and dependable pastoral practice. 

The role is concerned with the operational coherence of House and pastoral practice. It supports Heads of Student House in responding to day-to-day and emerging student matters, including behaviour, attendance, engagement, and belonging.
