Your engagement with the Registered Staff and the RAI-MDS Coordinator will be critical for accurate documentation and resident care assessments. Your knowledge in geriatric nursing will help guide the regular review of care plans and resident needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and coordinate care activities aligned with policies
• Review and audit resident documentation regularly
• Monitor resident care evaluations continuously
• Respond to resident and family inquiries effectively
• Implement ongoing training and health safety programs
