Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Closure

•Manage day-to-day accounting and ensure timely monthly/annual closure of books

•Review and finalize Trial Balance, ledgers, and schedules

•Ensure accurate accounting for service revenue, expenses, and project-based accounting

•Segment P&L, consolidation of books of accounts of domestic and foreign entities

•Good knowledge of Indian accounting standards and IFRS.

Financial Reporting & MIS

•Prepare financial statements and ensure regulatory compliance

•Deliver monthly MIS reports in prescribed formats and various other reports to track the business performance.

Taxation & Compliance

•Oversee TDS and GST compliance, filings, and reconciliations
