**Job Description**

The Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Education (SHARE) Title IX & Title VI Office is the University’s central resource for preventing and responding to discrimination and harassment on the basis of sex, race, color, and national origin.

The Assistant Director for Culture and Connection will be part of Stanford’s Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Education (SHARE) Title IX & Title VI Office.

**Responsibilities:**

General

+ Responsible for implementing and managing a comprehensive educational curriculum aimed at preventing discrimination and harassment based on sex, race, color, and national origin.
+ Translate complex federal regulations and university policies into engaging, relatable, and actionable programming for a diverse campus community comprised of students, staff, faculty, and postdocs
