This leadership role serves as the Digital Manager's primary partner in executing a digital-first content strategy that grows audience, strengthens engagement, and reinforces WAVY's position as Hampton Roads' leading local news source.

The Assistant Digital Manager will oversee the daily execution of digital news coverage across WAVY.com, mobile platforms, social media channels, streaming products, newsletters, and emerging digital platforms. This position plays a key role in supervising the digital team, mentoring staff, and ensuring the newsroom consistently delivers timely, compelling, and accurate journalism across all digital platforms.
