Assistant Customer Service Manager

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Customer Program Assistant Manager located in Flex PTP.

Reporting to the Senior Program Manager the Customer Program Assistant Manager role is responsible to be in-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.

What a typical day looks like:

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
