Assistant Curator

Astrup Fearnley Museet is one of the leading contemporary art museums in the Nordic region. The museum manages the extensive Astrup Fearnley Collection and presents rotating exhibitions featuring works from the collection as well as new productions by artists from around the world. We are hiring an Assistant Curator who will play a central role in supporting the museum to realize it’s exhibition program, publications, scholarly research, and public programming. This full-time position reports to the museum’s Director.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Actively support the research, planning, and coordination of temporary exhibitions and the display of the collection, including communication, artist research, and checklist preparation in dialog with Director and Senior Curator
- Support exhibition design, layout, and installation in collaboration with curatorial and technical teams
