Project Details
The successful Brighton Quantity Surveyor candidate will support a range of construction projects across the South East of England. These include residential, mixed-use and commercial developments where cost control, reporting and fund monitoring services are provided to clients. 
Responsibilities and Duties
This Assistant Cost Consultant job will involve working closely with senior surveyors while taking increasing responsibility for delivering cost consulting services.

Typical duties will include:
Assisting with cost planning, cost reporting and financial control on construction projects

Supporting fund monitoring services, including review of drawdowns, valuations and lender reports

Preparing written reports and professional advice for clients and funders

Assisting with procurement, tender analysis and contract administration duties
